You belong in Cooper’s Crossing

Westmark, the developer of Cooper’s Crossing, values community and understands the importance of building strong relationships amongst neighbors. Therefore, in 1999, the Cooper’s Crossing Residents’ Association (CCRA) was formed. This Association was one of the first of its kind in Airdrie and remains active. The CCRA was developed to foster a strong sense of community, and to ensure the community’s amenities would be cared for in order to maintain the aesthetically pleasing design of the development and hence property values in the community.

In 2016, residents of Cooper’s Crossing began the process of assuming the management of the Cooper’s Crossing Residents’ Association. The first resident-led Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held at the Cooper’s Crossing School on May 27, 2017 at which time a board was elected by community residents. The Association remains active by hosting events, publishing a community newsletter and enhancing park maintenance, and spearheading other community initiatives.
